About PEACe

Helping your organisation to be its best

PEACe was set up in 1996 by London Voluntary Service Council as a service created by and designed for the voluntary community and social enterprise sector. With over 19 years of experience and first-hand knowledge of the sector, PEACe consistently delivers expert HR and employment law support across the country to a diverse array of organisations.

We provide a number of services, including in-depth HR support and advice through consultancy, specially tailored to the specific needs of the voluntary and community sector. This includes support with such issues as:

  • Performance management
  • Sickness absence
  • Disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Workplace investigations
  • Redundancy
  • TUPE
  • Dismissals
  • Mediation
  • Conflict coaching
  • Mentoring for new managers

PEACe also provides legal advice through legal partners and experienced employment lawyers, covering issues such as employment tribunals and settlement agreements. As a Trusted NCVO Supplier, backed by an experienced team of HR professionals, you know the service you receive will be outstanding every time.

PEACe has an excellent reputation both regionally and nationally for providing an accurate, affordable and friendly service without complicated legal jargon, which is reflected in our overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients.

We would like to thank our previous funders and partner Russell Cooke who has helped to make our work possible. Contact us today in confidence to discuss your organisation's needs.
