What PEACe does

Since 1996, PEACe has provided support to hundreds of charities, voluntary and community organisations through our telephone helpline and consultancy support.

We provide the following services:

  • Telephone advice - either as a Pay-as-you-go service for one-off enquiries or the PEACe Plus Subscription with either 15 hours or 35 hours' support and unlimited downloads of resources
  • Document bank - instant access to a comprehensive bank of information, model policies and templates covering all aspects of HR, including the NJC salary scales
  • Consultancy - PEACe advisors available for one-off consultancy, assignments and mediation. Plus our menager mentoring service for new managers
  • PEACe training - HR, employment and performance management training programme for CVSs, networks and consortia, and individual organisations
  • Job Evaluation - Our popular CD Rom that provides a practical application of the Local Government (NJC) Job Evaluation Scheme adapted for the voluntary sector.
  • PEACe Shares - enabling CVSs and other networks to offer access to our telephone advice services through a single, easy to control subscription
