We are the collaborative leader of London's voluntary and community sector.

We support London's voluntary and community organisations to improve the lives of Londoners.

Membership benefits for your organisation

LVSC has three different types of membership.

 

Subscriber

Any organisation or individual who signs up to the LVSC bulletin and/ or our network bulletin for Safe FutureCommunities, Health, London for All, Employment and Skills Forum, Voluntary Sector Forum.  You can sign up immediately.

 

Benefits for Subscribers

  • Access to latest news from the sector, notice of events, training and advice.

 

Supporter

Any VCS/VCSE organisations, and other not-for-profit organisations (including Social Enterprises, Community Interest Companies), that work in at least one London borough or are based in London.

There is no charge for this category of membership.  It is FREE to join.

Benefits for Supporters

  • Sign up to LVSC news bulletin services;
  • 10% discount on LVSC training (provided by Happy) and LVSC training,workshops and events, where there is a charge;
  • 10% discount on PEACe HR Staff Handbook;
  • Voting rights at LVSC AGM (one vote per organisation);
  • Opportunity to join LVSC Board;
  • Use of LVSC logo on their website.

 

Associates

This membership is specifically for:

  • Consultants/Individuals
  • Local Authorities, Statutory Bodies, Public Bodies
  • Private Business/ Organisations/Company

Benefits for Associates

  • Sign up to LVSC news bulletin services;
  • 10% discount on LVSC training (provided by Happy) and LVSC training,workshops and events, where there is a charge;
  • 10% discount on PEACe HR Staff Handbook.

 

Membership Costs

The membership year runs from 1st  April to 31st  March each year.

Subscribers - Free

Supporters - Free

Associates:

  • Consultants - £50.00
  • Private Business/Organisations /Company - £200.00
  • Local Authorities,Statutory Bodies, Public Bodies - £200.00

 

How to apply for Supporter or Associate Membership

Please download and complete the membership application form.

If your organisation is not registered as a charity or company, please enclose copies of your constitution and latest annual report and accounts.

Return your application form and documentation to the address given on the form.
